REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT DUE TO MY PERSONAL ERROR. YOU MUST EMAIL ME AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBSITE WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE THE EMAIL CONTENTS SHOULD HAVE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES. IF I DECIDE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND DUE TO MY ERROR YOU WILL RECEIVE SHOP CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER EXCLUDING SHIPPING. DAMAGES FROM SHIPPING/AFTER OPENING/WEARING THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS.
